"This office will take your money and then tell you they can't do anything when you need their help. The claims department has not been answering any of my questions and has simply just been ignoring me while trying to defraud me out of my claim coverage. Jason's office simply just shrugs and says even though we take your money we're not here to help you because we can't do that so you're on your own. I would suggest you find an agent that will advocate for you and actually assist you when needed"
